Aniline leather is a natural dyed unprotected leather, it does not have
a coloured coated surface as with most leathers purchased by the
public. A simple test can be carried out to determine if your furniture
is an Aniline Leather.
Place a damp cloth on the surface & rub gently, or place a water droplet on the leather surface, if it absorbs the moisture and leaves a dark patch before drying out, you have an Aniline leather.
